Dear Veteran Players,

I wish to clarify a few things after my last announcement about the discount court hire ($15/court/hour) on Sunday special for veteran players:

(a) Please note that the offer is only for veteran members who are playing on DTBA banners to practice with their teammate. It is not for the personal use or by other DTBA members, none-members or play with family members.

(b) The captain must notify DTBA Veteran coordinator (by submitting this form) so that He/she could help verify whether it is veteran players that are booking for the upcoming tournaments.

(c) In the notification, the captain must list the players, the intent date and time in advances so that DRTA Veteran coordinator could coordinate with the Sunday supervisor to help book the court

(d) The winners who won the competition should take a team photo and send it to DTBA Veteran coordinator for the club’s internal promotions.

(e) The winner team should also provide the name of team members so that DTBA Veteran coordinator could pass it on to the committee to have their name engrave on the plugs at the Veteran corners
