We’ve noticed that some members are experiencing issues with online renewal. Various reasons could cause these errors, and the specific cause may differ from member to member. One of the best workaround is to pay as a ‘Guest’.
Workaround: (Non Technical Issues):
(a) PayPal: If you don’t have a PayPal account, PayPal may require additional information, such as your address, for compliance checks. Please provide this information during the payment process and follow the steps below:
1. After you click ‘checkout with PayPal’ and redirected to the PayPal login page, select ‘Pay with a Card’ and ensure the country selected is ‘Australia’
2. Enter email address and select ‘Continue with Payment’
3. Complete the purchase by entering all the required information
Technical Issues:
(a) Browser: Try using a different browser like Google Chrome, Opera or Brave.
(b) Clear Browser Cache: Instructions for clearing your cache can be found here.
(c) VPN: If you’re using a VPN, try temporarily turning it off (either locally on your PC or at the router level).
(d) Router: Your router might be blocking the traffic. Try renewing your membership via your mobile phone to see if that resolves the issue.
